Huge living room with an impressive selection of seating including sofas, arm chairs and ottomans, a large coffee table, and a large dining table to seat eight people.

Vast private ocean facing terrace immediately off the living room with a luxurious plunge pool, sun loungers, outdoor chairs & tables, and a large sheltered second dining area featuring an imposing marble dining table to seat twelve people. The terrace offers direct beach access via a private secured gate and stairwell.

Two expansive ocean view master bedroom suites adjoining the main terrace and lounge. Each master suite boasts a four-poster californian king sized bed, lounge area with sofa, chairs and coffee table, dressing room, private ocean view terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs. Both suites also have luxurious en-suite bathroom including jacuzzi bath, double cubical shower, and twin vanity units. Master suite one also features an outdoor shower.

Two further sizable twin bedrooms, one with a balcony and en-suite including a bath, double cubical shower, and twin vanity units. The other with en-suite including a bath with shower over and vanity unit.

Well equipped kitchen with stone worktops featuring a breakfast bar with seating for four people, a huge stainless steel american style fridge & freezer with ice maker and, typically used by the staff, an oven, hob, sink, waste disposal & dishwasher. To the rear of the kitchen is located the staff quarters with laundry facilities.

The whole living space is fully air conditioned with individual climate controls for each room along with ceiling fans. All bedrooms and the living room have stereo sound equipment and large 36" televisions with satelite and DVD player, all of which are concealed within stylish cabinets. There is also a guest W.C. off the living room.

Outside

The gardens and the freeform swimming pool are accessed via the private stairwell from the main terrace or via the lift. The beach and the warm & usually very calm carribean sea lies immediately adjacent to the rear gardens. Immediately off the gardens there is a beach shower whilst beach sun loungers, shades, and towels are also provided.
